Janis Isaman is owner and founder of My Body Couture, a private, one-on-one studio located in the Devenish Building on 17th Avenue. She works privately with high-achieving clients who wish to reduce pain or improve function so they can accomplish their life goals, by providing custom-tailored education and exercises. In addition to being one of Calgary's few Paul-Grilley trained yin yoga instructors, she is also a STOTT Pilates certified instructor, and Yamuna Body Rolling practitioner.
