Stefani is the creator of Mandorla Yoga, a yoga and movement practice that integrates Thai Yoga Massage, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa Flow yoga with mindful movement, meditation and breath-work. Working with the myofascial meridians, Mandorla sequences release areas of the body that feel stuck while improving freedom of movement and increasing tension free strength. The sensitive manner that Stefani brings to her teaching, invites students to deeply listen to their bodies while providing a safe container for empowerment, confidence and emotional freedom.
