In this workshop you will be guided through a long, blissful yin practice that will focus on clearing the main energetic centers of your body. Crystal singing bowls, tuned to the seven main energy centers along the chakra system, will be played throughout the class. Allow yourself to be wrapped, cocooned, and held in a safe space while you experience a deep and sweet surrender...You'll be guided through The Sound of Yin by Candace and Lisa. Alison will be intuitively guiding the sound bath.
