Cleanse A Little, Build A Little! Enjoying soul foods and whole foods are equally important. An active lifestyle and motivational reading is great, but sometimes its nice to binge on Netflix and ready a trashy novel. The key is to cultivate balance. Learn how to recognize when things are out of balance and incorporate activities, foods and techniques that will tip the scales in your favor. Jenelle has studied holistic Nutrition and Herbology since 2001 and bases much of her yoga teachings from the Sivananda Yoga lineage. This practice will dive into a detoxifying yoga sequence, starting with pranayama. Then work the physical body from head to toe, including inversions (modifications will be provided), forward folds, back bends + twists. Proper relaxation and mindful awareness will close. Participants will also enjoy sprinkled servings of nutritional tips through-out the practice and a kombucha tasting to seal the deal.
