Explore exercises that challenge the whole body to stabilize and stack. We will work our way mindfully, through the details and preparations for the handstand. Playfulness and strength are at the heart of this workshop as we are reminded that enthusiasm goes a long way towards achieving a goal.Training for the handstand is a healthy and fun way to build core, strength and stability throughout the entire body. Regular practice of the handstand can reduce stress , increase vitality, and restore a healthy blood flow to the head.
