Join Amelia for a dynamic, fluid and intuitive flow that will move you to the boundaries of your comfort zone (or beyond!). Yoga asana is followed by journaling and sharing to cultivate deeper connection and free ourselves from the shackles of shame. Being a pen and journal, and and be prepared to sweat, laugh and cry!
