Have you ever caught yourself in a moment of personal questioning? Those times when you find yourself in the chair of both the investigator and the investigated simultaneously can be very profound moments of realization. The trick? It can very difficult to do this deliberately and graciously.
During this session, we will briefly discuss some ideas surrounding the power of self-inquiry as well as different ways that we can form a positive relationship with our self talk. We will then embark on a meditation to step into the conversation personally. Once we've journeyed far enough for one session, we will debrief and share some insight!
