Are you ready to #shakeyourasana? In this 75 minute class we will explore the practice of Buti Yoga - a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “the cure that has been hidden or kept secret”. We believe the cure to heal comes from within - Buti facilitates complete inner transformation. When asked to describe a Buti Yoga class the best answer is, "roll out your mat and see for yourself". There really is no other way. Disclaimer: This class may leave you feeling grounded, feeling better than you have felt in a long while and smiling from ear to ear.
